Nick & Knight will be performing on Live! with Kelly and Michael on September 3, 2014. I won’t be able to attend, but I’ll be watching from home. Well, I’ll record it and watch it later. Nick & Knight – Good Morning America 9/2/14

Nick & Knight will be performing on Good Morning America (GMA) on September 2, 2014. That also happens to be the day that their album is released. I won’t be able to attend, but I’ll be watching from home. Well, I’ll record it and watch it later. I don’t think I will be awake at that time.

I don’t remember if they’ve already performed their songs anywhere. I know I haven’t seen a performance, so I look forward to this performance.

Nick & Knight – Nick & Knight Album Stream

Pandora has Nick & Knight’s album Nick & Knight for previewing. It’s part of their Pandora Premieres segment. It’s a full album preview/stream. I just found out about this a few minutes ago. I went through Nick’s tweet and he posted the link to it yesterday. So, I’m assuming that the album preview was uploaded yesterday.

[Audio] Nick & Knight – “Paper”

An audio video stream of “Paper” by Nick & Knight was released! The video was uploaded yesterday, August 18, 2014. I just noticed it a few minutes ago while I was on Facebook and saw the post from Nick’s Facebook. The song is free if you pre-order the album on iTunes.

The song has R&B flavor. I like the beat. It has a haunting and orchestral feel to it. That’s probably why I like it so much. It has a touch of darkness with a touch of light.

The lyrics haven’t grown on me yet. I suppose I’ll have to listen to it some more. I don’t like that the deep robotic voice when the “made of paper” lines come on. I feel that it throws off the cohesiveness of the song. If it was a whisper or if it was in their regular voice, maybe it would be better. The vocals for the song are smooth and that deep robotic voice just irks me.

The song has a good composition and vocal arrangements. The only real problem I have is that deep robotic voice. I’m sure I will like the song when I listen to it more.

[Music Video] Nick & Knight – “One More Time”

The video for “One More Time” by Nick & Knight has been released! It was released yesterday, August 18, 2014. It premiered exclusively on Entertainment Weekly (EW). I found out about it late last night. I thought there would’ve been more to it. The video’s concept is different than what I thought it would be. I thought they were going to do stuff related to the lyrics. Sure, that rarely happens, but one can hope.

I like that it’s nice and simple. It reminds me of Backstreet Boys’ “As Long As You Love Me” music video. The photography session appealed to me because I like photography. The lighting had sort of a dreamlike quality to it. It also made the guys look dolled up, if that makes sense.

There are some parts when Nick and Jordan seem to want to dance, but don’t. They just move their bodies. If there is a dance for the song, I do wonder how it will be.

Jordan seems uncomfortable with the girl he was paired with. When she was dancing next to him and touching him, he kept looking away. Maybe he was supposed to do that. During the parts when he’s photographing her, he looks at her in a somewhat adoring manner, so it’s believable that he will give the girl another chance.

As for Nick, he’s actually enjoying the attention from the girl he is paired with. It’s like no break up ever occurred. Also, their bedroom scene made it seem like they were going to do something kinky, but they don’t. Thank goodness.

The video seems fun and sexy, without being overly sexual. It actually complements the song well.

Nick & Knight – Nick & Knight Album Tracklist

The tracklist for Nick & Knight’s Nick & Knight album has been revealed! I found out from a fellow fan via her Facebook post. She linked it to the CD’s product page on Best Buy. I also checked Nick & Knight’s official website to see if the tracklist was listed on there yet. It sill isn’t listed there.

I wonder how the other songs will be. I’m assuming both guys wrote for the album. If that’s the case, I don’t know how Jordan’s writing ability is. I don’t particularly favor Nick’s writing ability. I wonder if they’ll have previews of the other songs. Or, maybe they have them already and I’ve missed them. I’ll have to research that.

[Music Video] Nick & Knight – “One More Time” Lyrics Video

The lyrics video for “One More Time” by Nick & Knight has been released! It was uploaded yesterday. I reshared or retweeted it yesterday, but I didn’t watch it until today. I like the book style that was in there, but it was removed later on. I suppose it got boring to watch after a while, so they had to mix it up with the effects.

So far, there has been an audio video and a lyrics video. I wonder when the actual music video will be released. I don’t think I’ve seen information regarding a release date. Either that, or I missed it when it was announced. I’ve seen the behind the scenes photos, but I’m not sure what to expect from the video. If the photos in the lyrics video is an indication of what the video will be like, then that wouldn’t be ideal for me.
